What I always liked about watching football on TV is the screen filled up with the green of the field and the little colorful player in it.

Roma- Inter 0-4
Well, What to say? Roma never show they could do something in this match and never in this season yet they show their personality, what append to the Roma of last year?
Beside the match, I’m asking my self, why do I feel so bad about it? It’s just a match, it’s what I try to say, but unconsciously most fans relate their life to their team’s results, in a way: they win; my problem gets smaller. They loose; my problem gets bigger. If so, why do I give to a team the responsibility of deciding my humor? In fact I thought many time to stop with my football passion, because it’s seems turning more into a drug addiction, like you need them to win in order to feel better. Maybe that’s how a fan it’s suppose to feel, and at present I cant do anything about it, I have to support my team, and if doesn’t go well, than; it’s just a match.

This last September I was in Morocco, I wanted to do a cuisine course to learn basics Moroccan kitchen.
The classes were full, so the only chef I could find was the man of the hotel; he offered me to cook together in the kitchen of the hotel. So it was:
The plan was to cook sheep with the traditional tajine of Marrakesh; which is different from the most common tajine.
To prepare it is quite simple:
Place the chunk of the sheep in the bottom of the tajine.
Than add slice of two red onions, resins, Moroccan curry, olive oil, a glass of water a bit of cinnamon and a bit of salt. Cover the top of the tajine with paper and put it on small fire for one our approximately.
