The idea of this blog was born when I had the chance of starting my own pizzeria in Portugall.

As surf is one of my best passion, this was a great opportunity for me to surf the spots of the area, since the location of the pizzeria was in Carrapateira, in the south west coast of Portugal.

In this blog I wanted to report the experience I had during the period I was in Portugal, started in May 2008 and finished in September. In this period I had my pizzeria, named PANES PIZZA, a very simple open air restaurant located in the Carrapateira Surf Camp.

Since my primary occupation is being a Graphic Designer, I put myself in a completely different situation. I put myself in front of a new questions and dubt: Am I an Arttist? Should I open a restaurant? Shoud I live differently? How shoud I change my life? What do I really whant? Unfortunally I have not answer yet to this questions, at the moment I’ll try to keep alive all my passions and see whats going to appen.

At the moment I’m back to Amsterdam where I’m again suked in my Art project, but surf, Portugall and the questions are there still in my mind.
